This weeks Food Spotlight is on our Bourbon Street Cobb Salad. We start with spicy marinated chicken(all white), diced up, and place that over mixed greens.
Top that with shredded Provolone, and Mozzarella cheese, artichokes and eggs.
Add your choice of dressing, Chef Peanut recommends our House dressing, and you've got yourself a BeauxJax Cajun style salad! Enjoy!
